Richard the Roofer installed the roof on our newer Schmidt Builder home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The roof is not only beautiful—it’s been completely leak-free for two years. There are 2 roofing companies with similar names. The family of an elderly friend thought Richard The Roofer put on their roof and had serious issues. I posted a negative review. Richard reached out and was very kind. He was not upset with the review but after talking found it was another company with a very similar name. I highly recommend Richard The Roofer.
