They were incredibly fair in pricing and easy to deal with. Efficient, professional and quick to respond to questions. The installation team ( 3 brothers) were the best workers I have ever had! Showed up on time, worked 10 hour days, and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely trustworthy!

My designer recommended Richard’s Floors & Rug Services and they installed seagrass carpeting in our garage apartment. They were professional and easy to work with. They did a great job and our space looks 100x better. I will use them agin in the near future for custom rugs.

Would not recommend in anyway Richard miss cut a $450 piece of carpet that was bought from pro source. Charged me roughly 450 for the the binding. Carpet was 4 inches from fitting. We’re not honor and make it right having to take him to court.
