Al - my technician was also great providing a second opinion on substandard work I had received. Their prices were also very reasonable, particularly for R22/Freon for an older unit. Lisa offered for some one to come out immidily .I opted for a next day appointment Lisa put my on the schedule for the first appointment .I received multiple confirmation emails and text as well as one in the morning to remind me my technician Pete is en route now . Pete was on time , knowledgeable and prepared . Pete had all the parts on hand and really took the time to figure things out . Pete checked both the heater and air conditioner unit and vents.
