Another great experience working with this company. Reached out that my furnace had an issue and according to the code it was giving it was the pressure switch. Got a return call within 10 minutes that the repair team will be on their way to my house after they finish up their current job. Once they arrived I explained what was going on. The team did their own diagnosis to see what was causing the unit to go off and on with the error code. It was not a faulty pressure switch it was water from the humidifier line had gotten into the unit. They drained the water, rehooked everything up and cleaned up. I ended up paying less than what was quoted for that piece to be replaced. They are a reputable company not looking to rip you off and do unnecessary work. Thank you again for your great servic

These are the guys you want. Had a great experience with Richard’s. Great family business. New heater and central AC were installed in March. The guys came out when they said they would. Price was what was quoted at estimate. Clean work. Easy to talk to and they answered all questions promptly whenever asked. On this very hot day in July I am nice and chilled inside with this great system installed by Richard’s. A+++++

We were experiencing issues with our air conditioning unit and after a poor experience with Horizon we reached out to Richard’s Heating and Cooling LLC and our faith and our air conditioning were quickly restored. They were prompt, knowledgeable and super professional through the whole experience. They didn’t charge us an arm and a leg and didn’t spend the whole time trying to sell us something instead of fixing our problem like Horizon. Called to replace discharge lines that where 30+ years old failed to add a pad to condenser delayed job install after half of payment was paid for over a month and now refuses to return to turn on condenser that he intentionally disabled when installed. Do not recommend this company had nothing but issues and continue too with quality and service. Will be seaking out legal representation as I paid for two homes to have heaters and ac condensers installed and both condensers are not working do to being intentionally disabled by installer

Highly recommend Rich. My hot water/heat went out. I called a plumber and he came out and said he wasn't familiar with my system. So then I called a plumbing and heating company and they actually referred me to Rich because of the system I have. Called him around 5pm yesterday and he was here by 10am today. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and had my heat and hot water up and running an hour later. He replaced the main part and ordered another but made sure everything was working for me in the meantime. Him and his guys were very friendly and polite and they know what they are doing. I'm happy I found Richard's heating & cooling. Will definitely be calling him in the future if i have any problems. Thanks Rich!!
