What a great experience in customer service! Aaron Hose was an amazing person to work with on my recent plumbing project. As I was a retail customer, I had many questions about what products to select for the job. Aaron took over and went over and beyond my expectations in his assistance. Once I made the product choices Aaron then worked directly with my chosen plumbing contractor to make sure that they would arrive to my home with all of the parts needed to finish the job. THANK YOU, Aaron, for making my journey into the world of plumbing parts so anxiety free. You and the fine crew at the Kalamazoo location are outstanding. I certainly know where I will go for my next adventure into the world of plumbing stuff. These folks are way better than what you will ever experience at the big box

This place is amazing and their very courteous and helpful. I want to thank them for helping my girlfriend Debbie . I believe it was Brittany who helped her get her new faucet picked out. It's nice to get good customer service anymore. Most places have no integrity or knowledge of good customer service. Something that use to be taught and was necessary in order to have a successful business. So thank you and I hope others who are looking for a great kitchen and bath store visit here. You won't be disappointed.

The showroom has a great variety to choose from and working with Brittnay was wonderful. She is knowledgeable and so helpful! She is also a designer so she really has a good eye for design and function. Brittnay always worked quickly to get us pricing and treated us wonderfully with her upbeat and kind personality. I highly suggest Richards.

I have several fixtures in my home from Richard’s, and I couldn’t be happier about it. The showroom was so impressive, and the whole staff worked hard to make sure I have everything I need. If you value communication and quality, definitely utilize their salesperson, Debbie, and the new manager, Dave.

They have pulled through for me in the past but after the service I just received from Jeff, I am upset to say the least. Ordered a part 15 days ago. Was told 2-3 weeks for part to come in. I call and check the status of the order. Was told it was on back order and he had no idea when it would be in... Home Depot was backstocked til Jan. 26th I told him. He said yup then that's how long its going to be. Well then why the hell wasn't I told about it?! I work for a hotel amd it was a part for a room thats been down this long. Very dissatisfied.
