Richard's Oil Company

Just moved to Coventry and Richard’s came highly recommended. Never had oil heat before and had inadvertently let tank run dry. They prioritized a fill-up. Had great conversation with the driver. Also, he gave me a mulligan on not even knowing where the filler pipe was located!

I had a leak in my oil tank.Called on a Friday and new tank was installed the following Wed. Gary and Joe did a wonderful job. Neat and clean install . I highly recommend Richard's Oil.

I needed sudden delivery as my current oil service went away with no notice. Dee came through, and Steve delivered oil as needed. Professional and very courteous people. Will be a permanent customer based on this performance.

Called Richard's after my other long time company became unreliable. It can be stressful switching, not knowing if it will be better than the last, but Richard's was worth it! Lisa in the office welcomed my call, scheduled me for next day delivery, and then within 10 minutes called back to say the driver would be to me next because they could fit me in! So happy and relieved! Driver was prompt and friendly. If you're in the area and need a new oil company, give them a call!
