Richard's remediation is a fantastic company. I called about asbestos tile removal on a weekend and within a day someone was out to give me an estimate, answer all my questions and calm my fears about those dreaded tiles. The price was fair and work started a few days later. Communication was excellent from the company. I was always aware of when and what was happening. The crew was exactly on time to start the job and very friendly. I think the biggest part of this job that stood out to me was the fact that the guys pulling up the tile saw some mold issues on some wood in my basement wall and decided to spot treat it at no charge. Tried contacting ABC Environmental in Columbia MO for asbestos removal in my home. Couldn't reach anyone! Even stopped by their office on Garth Ave. which is City of Refuge building and know one knew or heard of ABC. Clearly they are not local! I was highly disappointed at this point because of the huge Google present this company shows in the Columbia area. I'm beginning to think they pay to be seen but in reality they apprear to really be out of St. Louis area. Then I found Andrew with Richards Remediation. They are quick, responsive, and very knowledgeable in what they do. I would hire them in a New York minute if needed again. Thanks to Andrew and his crew you all are life savers!
