Richardson Water Well Drilling

Richardson Water Well did a great job when I first used them to repair my windmill and pump in October 2021. Recently there is a problem with some of the workmanship and the well is no longer pumping and I cannot get them to respond to my calls. The initial service was great, but their follow up service is not.

I keep calling for estimate to get a water well since they told us the one we had was too old and they couldn’t fix it. Every time I call they say that they will call back with the price. More then a month later still haven’t gave us an estimate. I been calling almost every day and nothing. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

I completely agree with these neg reviews. I had the same experience, they will not return calls or emails and any information you ask the staff, they are clueless to the answer. Even went as far to come in to their place of business to inquire and left all my information with the staff and I still didnt even get a response. Unbelievable lack of professionalism. As the saying goes....about the time you ask someone to do their job...they dont!

Been reaching out to this company for 3 months trying to just get a estimate everytime I call they say they're going to relay the message yet again. I'm a very patient person but this is just ridiculous. Really something they should work on as a business.
