Richardson's Heating and Air has taken great care of my residential HVAC needs for years. Even though their focus is not commercial HVAC, I knew that I could trust them to advise me on an unusual zone heating and cooling need we had in one of our warehouses. We agreed for them to give it a try, and their results were more successful than we could have imagined. Not only is the zone climate controlled, but the rest of the warehouse is very comfortable. Huge trees fell blocking the entrance of our neighborhood & even though their expertise is in heating and air, by 8 am they had cleaned our entrance to the subdivision. The owner included. So, I wake up this morning and realize my thermostat at some point in the night decided it didn’t feel like working today - the feeling is mutual. So I waddle my sleepy self to the breakers and reset everything, but still; nothing. So I then go upstairs into the attic to discover that my handler unit thingy has filled its pan up and activated the float switch.
