Richer's Refrigeration & AC

Called because my furnace was acting up. They came and told me it needed to be replaced. Sucks but ok. Asked what the lead time was on getting a new one and they told me they could probably get it next week. My furnace has been out for a month since I’ve been waiting on a quote to replace it. I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails for Matt and have never received a call back. Now my house is freezing for Christmas. Thanks guys. Update: They didn’t forget to send me the bill

I’ve used Richer’s for my homes and commercial properties for many years. They take care of everything in a timely and professional manner and are very fair with their pricing, even for after hours calls. So glad they are my partners in plumbing and heating care!

They were able to get the boiler part I needed immediately and installed within the week. Many others had a mich longer waiting list. They are also being very lenient on my bill because of the circumstances. Hands down one of the best experiences with customer care I've had since moving here. They have also gone out of their way to give me resources since I'm not from here. Not a lot of businesses do that around here.

They were my second option in my dire circumstance. Not only did they educate me on the elaborate unit my home has but they were honest with the issue and saved me from commiting serious federal crimes to keep my family warm this winter🤪 Very friendly, informative, quick and efficient. I'm certain Richer's will be my first go to from now on and I haven't received the bill yet! Thank you!!!

They have knowledgeable technicians that are friendly. When I needed someone in an emergency to get my boiler working again they came within an hour and a half. Getting parts is a challenge for an older unit but they do the best they can. The only complaint! I had was how long I had to wait for a maintenance appt. They must be short staffed.
