Is this business still in business? They installed a mini split in my garage 2 years ago. They did a pretty good job - the work looked clean / solid. But the unit stopped blowing cold air about 3 weeks ago (I've done pretty much everything I can do myself to trouble shoot and fix the issue). At install time I was told I would have a 5 year warranty. But I've called about 20 times, left 5 voice mails and I've sent about 5 emails - zero response... They don't even pick up the phone. Owners - if you are still around can you please respond and I'll update my review accordingly? Thank you :) UPDATE: I continued trying to reach the business owners to no avail. Thomas and his brother were very knowledgeable and professional when taking care of our basement project. Their price beat every other contractor which gave us more funds to spend elsewhere. Very happy with the job and will def call in the future for any furnace related issues. Thank you!

In 2022, Thomas came and fixed our old outdated unit for $400, when all the others told us the entire thing had to be replaced for $15,000-$18,000. They seriously have the best customer service. We called and asked him for a quote since the last 2 companies told us they don't make parts for it anymore and when he came to our home we invited him in to hear his pitch and quote and before he stepped foot in our home he said "well if I can fix your current unit would you prefer that over replacement? We said yes, of course, but we didn't think that was an option, and he said we'll. I think it's worth looking at to show me to the unit. We took him around back, and he had the coil replaced in about 20 min for $400 dollars. We were so impressed! The unit is still running great! They are so hones

Thomas and his team did great work. There was a lot involved in the project, including doubling the amount of events and installing many return air ducts and now my house is finally cooling down in extremely hot days! Extremely high quality work and great customer service, always very responsive and on time. ## Update ## Now the business no longer exists and my unit has been leaking refrigerant for the past 3 years since they installed. Pathetic, no wonder they are no longer in business. Stay away if they ever go back to business or they ever work for another business or open one with a different name!

Thomas from Riches HVAC was awesome to work with and I will be calling him in the future for HVAC work. I needed to have some duct work done for a new range hood vent insert in our new kitchen. He was was timely and communicated well through the whole process. His prices were reasonable compared to other quotes. They even came back and helped install the hood range insert after the cabinets and were installed and when the insert motor was delivered (other companies wanted additional charge for that where Thomas included that in the cost). He was also great with answer questions about our furnace and getting his opinion about recent feedback we had from another HVAC company. We ended up having Thomas install an iWave R air purifier in our home as well. I would recommend Thomas and Riches H
