I was terrified after a seeing a mouse run across my kitchen floor. I called two companies before calling Richie. They were pressuring me to sign an annual contract that would end up costing over a thousand dollars a year for services I didn't need. Richie charged a one time fee that was fraction of the cost of the others that included a six month warranty. He came right away and did his magic.
