Great company and quality customer service. We only needed a carpet for one bedroom. I took home a few samples from the warehouse, then ordered the one to be installed. They installed it, but it ended up being the wrong carpet. I went back to the warehouse and expressed my concern. It was learned that the sample I had picked was attached to the wrong carpet roll, so it was an honest mistake. Dan worked with me and helped me find the original carpet I had picked. Their team reinstalled the correct carpet within just a few days, with no issues, and at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend Richland Carpet.
