Todd did an AMAZING job on my carpets and removed so much pet hair that my pup so graciously leaves behind...lol His customer service is outstanding and he is very affordable!

Before the cleaning I was concerned some stains wouldn't come out, but the carpets look great, no more stains, and we are happy with the service! The guy was very professional too 😊

We had a great experience with Todd! He was punctual and did a great job removing stains and making sure our carpets look great for our move out inspection! He also did our mattress and it looked really good afterwards, the stains faded to nearly invisible!

If I could give NO stars, I would. First of all, as he stated, he doesn't need your business. That's your first clue he doesn't care! I've had dogs my entire 58 years. Occasionally, they throw up. So you call a carpet cleaner to help you. Never in all of my years, in other states, and in other countries, has a carpet cleaner been so incompetent, so egotistical, and so rude when his cleaning turned out to be sub par... One stain, one very common pet stain, that stayed after his subpar cleaning, took him 2 weeks to return. Full of excuses, denial, and attitude, he determined he was not good enough to clean a small stain. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay FAR away from this one.
