I have used this company a few other times as I have house that has many old trees around it. A storm on Sunday hurled 2 huge trees into my screened in porch and destroyed it. I called this company on Monday morning and Scott immediately came out evaluated the damage. I had an insurance adjuster coming the next day but was told he wouldn’t come and evaluate my damage until all of the trees, trunks and branches were out of the way. Scott rearranged his crew’s cutting schedule so they could come out that same day. He went above and beyond anything I expected as I know that our area had terrible weather with a lot damage. The tree was well cut and the front yard protected by the use of a crane. But the damage to the back yard and on the up way along the house is terrible!

Richmond Tree Experts used a crane to remove three large oak trees between mine and my neighbor's house. The process was flawless. The headset communication among the crew surely made for a more efficient and safer job. Cleanup was great. They did an excellent job protecting the lawns, irrigation systems and the homes. My neighbor and I have since used Richmond for more tree work.
