I’ve been having an ant issue at my house so I contacted RichPro Pest Management to get the help I needed. Well let me tell you that they sent out a wonderful gentleman by the name of Ian and he did a fantastic job, he took his time and explained there treatment options and there pricing, it’s nice and affordable. He even further explained what would be done and during his inspection provided photos of some of the things he saw that could be of concern. I greatly appreciated that and the fact he went out of his way and provided useful suggestions. He treated my foundation and the areas where there was activity and you could see instant results. Zach did a great job conducting our initial Home Defender service assessment and treatment, as well as checking our termite stations. Happy to have him as our technician today!

Aaron of RichPro Pest Management did our service today. (Recently we had some very large American/Wood roaches decide they’d rather be in our house than outside in the cold.) He was 5 minutes early (bonus points there because I had informed the scheduling person that we had a tight schedule this morning), friendly, professional, efficient…all the good things.
