Rich’s Carpet Cleaning

Update: Work done Feb 1. Left phone message in response to owners reply below. Owner has not returned call. Worker surly, unfriendly, and obviously in a hurry. Had many reasons why he was unable to get the dog smell or the regular traffic spots out of the carpets. We have never had issues before - will just go back to our regular cleaners. Irritated I am going to have to pay twice to get the job done, but when our normal cleaners leave our home smells good and the carpet is spotless. That is not the service we received with Rich’s carpet cleaning. We do not recommend this service.

Best customer service around! Always available to come promptly and do a great job when they do! I have 3 girls and 2 dogs and we use them frequently at home and they have also done an excellent job at my business location as well! 10/5 stars!
