Rich's Carpet One Floor & Home

Rich’s Carpet One did an awesome job installing a new luxury vinyl floor in our home. Customer service was outstanding and I was thoroughly impressed by their organization and timeliness throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company for your future projects!

This is our 2nd job with Rich’s Carpet One. We were very happy with them first time and so we decided to go back to them. They did a wonderful job again and did not disappoint. Their customer service, prices and installation is excellent and we’re very happy with our current experience as well. The guys at the store Chris and Rob are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have visited this store researching flooring and every time is better than the last. I believe the first person I met was Chris. I found he was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have met in the last year. I didn't need the education after my visit so I can't speak for the manager and saleswoman I met with next on their depth of knowledge. I can say they were extremely helpful and I did not feel any excessive pressure to purchase despite my indecision. They were all very welcoming. Each month they have some good values on carpeting that are often not listed on the website so ask about those if you that's of interest. I am looking for a engineered hardwood that I can install in a bathroom, kitchen and complete first floor. I am not sure it exists, but these people

We have eventually used Rich’s to replace all the flooring in our entire house over the past 10 years. We looked at multiple places but ended up picking Rich’s every time due to the prices. For our stairs runner we got a quote for the same exact carpet from a different store and it was almost double the price… Hannah was super helpful but no pressure to help pick out carpet and wood flooring. We borrowed multiple samples to view in our home, which very helpful to make decisions. The install on all the carpet in our bedrooms went great and they helped deal with all the heavy furniture as they moved between rooms.

We were switching from rugs to wood flooring and the salesperson at Rich's was very helpful and gave us as many samples as we needed to take home to make our decision. The flooring we picked also happened to be on sale, and they even gave us additional upcoming sale pricing for Labor Day. The installers were very friendly and were careful during the installation process moving some furniture around and with walls and drapes. They continually cleaned up as they went along, took their time choosing boards that would match, and the final installation looks great. I will be using Rich's again for our other flooring installations.
