Rich's General Maintenance

There is a reason Rich only has 8 reviews and other plumbers have 100's. We have never been more disappointed in supporting a local business than we are with choosing Rich. He was selected based on these 8 reviews. He canceled his scheduled time to install a toilet. He quoted us $470 and sent another guy to do the work after we told him we were going to get someone else. After installation, our issue was worse than before he came. End price was $831. When I explained the situation, he agreed to come by and fix the issue. Scheduled with my wife, canceled and went off the grid. We still can't get a receipt showing the charges. I strongly suggest by passing Rich and choosing a more reputable, responsible, professional plumber.

Lost heat all of a sudden. Rich was easy to reach provided free honest estimate. Was able to quickly diagnose my issue. Really happy with the workmanship and education understanding the repairs needed.

We just happened to be camping near Rich on a weekend and had a plumbing leak in our pop up camper. We basically intruded on him and begged for his help. He was so gracious, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem in a short time and saved us a ton of time and towels. We couldn’t have asked for a better neighbor!! Thank you Rich!
