Poor telephone experience with this vendor. Told him my current water maintenance guy is awful and am looking for a repair and a maintenance contract. You would think he would be happy for new business, but instead insisted that I tell him who my current service provider is. When I told him that I would prefer to tell him when he arrived, he insisted that I tell him on the spot or he wouldn't come out, and then proceeded to become extremely abrasive with me. I believe I dodged a bullet by not hiring this guy.

Rich is awesome! He answered his phone on a Saturday and helped walk me through restoring running water to my house!! He was patient, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable.

Rich showed up shortly after I called. Very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem and got the water back on with minimal expense. Highly recommend his service. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
