We have had a terrific experience with Rich’s. The replacement system in our home that was built in 1955 was extensive, and there were parts that had to be completely designed on site. They did such a great job and they were completely professional and so pleasant during the entire job. I am pleased to recommend them!

Very disappointed in this company. I have been a customer for almost 15 years. Geo thermal unit went out June 17th, we were told the problem was a leaking coil. Took until around July 23rd for the part to get ordered and installed. Came home after work July 24th and the temperature was 84, thermostat set to 72. Tech came back July 25th, Friday to check unit again, no message from the tech as to what was wrong. Tried contacting them over the weekend with no response. Told Monday it was now the compress that was bad. After compressor was replaced, came home to 79 with temp set to 70. Messaged the company and asked for another technician who specialized in Geo units. August 5th, now it’s the thermostat that’s bad. Came home that evening and 76 set to 68. Was told to call if not worki

They've installed two mini split systems in my house. First in March. Second in June. Completely satisfied with the work and the crews that came out. Highly recommend.

We needed a diagnosis of issues we were having of a system that was not install by them. They were very quick to come and help troubleshoot, offer plan to repair and repair in a timely, professional manor. They were at the job site when promised and stayed on the job once they started it until completion. Great communication while working and followed up after to make sure everything was still working efficiently. Great family business with high quality, professional team members. Would recommend to anyone that wants a job done right knowing they will back out their work.
