Ethan thoroughly discussed the job and our expectations prior to the work beginning. We had a row of Italian Cypress that had grown and expanded exponentially during the summer and we were at a loss to trim them up. Ethan understood exactly what needed to get accomplished. He was extremely polite,thorough, very knowledgeable, quick, did a great job cleaning up the area afterwards and his work far exceeded our expectations!

Absolute pros. Jordan, River, and Kevin came on site and they were efficient, swift, and most importantly, safe. They communicated all their actions and took the time to rig all parts of the tree. After the tree was removed, they took the time to sweep and blow away all the debris. They were incredibly easy to work with and respectful. We were sad to cut down our Old Man Cedar, but they made the experience enjoyable and memorable. Thanks Rich's Tree Service, and thanks fellas, for your service.

We had a wonderful team from Rich’s Tree Service prune two large Japanese Maples and a Cherry Tree. Riley, Ethan and Jacob did an amazing job. They took great care and beautifully pruned these trees. I was very pleased with how careful they were making sure my other plants did not get damaged as they worked. I have had other tree services walk in garden beds or drop limbs on plants and damage them as they worked. Ethan told me he just passed his Arborist Certification and shared many tips with me to enhance the health of my trees. Not only did they do an amazing pruning job, Ethan, Jacob and Riley were all very kind, communicative and wanted to be sure they met all expectations. This is my second time choosing Rich’s Tree Service! I am so happy that I did! The price on the job estimate was comparable and fair. The job was to raise the lower canopy 15 feet, of the HUGE sequoia tree in my front yard. The branches were hanging so low that I could extend my arm to touch them. The tree now looks PERFECT with a high and even-all-around trim. Ethan and the crew arrived on time. Upon arriving Ethan and I went over the job details. Ethan was very respectful and easy to interact with. As the job progressed, Ethan consulted with me a couple of times to make sure I was happy with the work progress.
