Fall 22’ full kitchen cabinet replacement was fantastic with Rich Wall. The process was smooth and simple, Rom was our installer and he took pride in his install. From the first meeting to the CAD drawings and from install to warranty replacement of blemished doors from the factory was very well done. We highly recommend anyone to work with rich wall without question. If we need a kitchen cabinet contractor again they will be our first choice.

Due to an unexpected repair in our bathroom, we needed to replace the cabinets. Everyone I called wanted 8-10 wks for cabinets. When I called Richwall, they had a floor model that was perfect and the other cabinet was made in a few wks. They ordered the faucet, sink, and we worked with a granite company through them. Liz called with updates on everything! They make quality cabinets and their customer service is amazing!! I’ll refer them to everyone I know!

I ordered custom cabinets from Richwall for a home built in 2012. They were painted white and were beautiful. Within two years they started chipping around the handles. I expect this is normal wear and tear and is understandable. I finally decided to contact them to see if they had matching paint so I could repair the chips. I spoke to someone who offered to ship me paint free of charge. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear back. So I called again and talked to someone else who said I must have talked to a salesman. Okay? This new guy was going to investigate and call me back. He expressed some concern about the paint matching, but I was willing to give it a try. Five days go by and nothing from guy #2 so I called back. Now the answer is the paint is $10 and I can pick it up in Livonia. But

I don't know how good their cabinets are or not. This review is based on a human interaction kind of stand point. I was sitting on a ledge and Karen walked up to me to tell me that it's private property 😂 So I hope no one comes up here to shop anymore, because this is said Karen's private property. Was it actually Karen? You never know. It might've been Karin, Karyn or Ckarren?!?!?
