Richy's Tree Services

I contacted Richy's tree service for a quote and he was going to call before coming to the house. He happened to call while I was at a doctor's appointment and so I could only talk to him for a brief moment and had to disconnect. He said 'he can't hear so well on the phone' so he could apparently not understand what I was telling him. He then proceeded to call me two more times in which I could not answer. I tried to call him back when I was free (about 30 minutes later) and he did not answer. That's when I noticed he had left me a voice mail which was the following: "Ok, I don't know what's going on, but...Ah, ya' know....I was going to stop by and look at it...but... Oh, the hell with it. I don't need it. bye." That is the level of professionalism you will get with Richy's tree

Hired this guy. 1st date doesn’t show. Second date shows and leaves. Apparently he decided he didn’t want to do the job because of his equipment and doesn’t have the courtesy to call me. Hangs up on me when I tried calling. Finally I get in touch and he said go find someone else. Beware to those looking for a reliable and honest honest tree service. This guy is incredible

Richy's is a great value, no messing around, came in took down a maple about with a 12 inch truck, removed all the debris and ground the stump, all within an hour. You woiuld habe never known a tree was there, great job highly recommend them.

I was driving in agawam today, coming back from getting food and this person in a big wood truck pullying a woodchipper pulled out in front of me from a neigborhood on to a main street without even paying attension and I nearly rear ended him. I thought he just made a mistake but I would see him continuously srweve across the double yellow lines and run stop signs. I really hope the owner has a talk with his drivers about being responsible and having safety be there number one concern

I've hired Richies tree service several times and alway surprised how clean the site is when he leaves. Never had any problem and found more than accommodating
