Worked with Zach who helped with upgrading an old analog relay low voltage system in my home. Zach worked through the process, was professional and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend him, and Ricks Electric to anyone.

Had a small repair I needed done that most would pass on, they were busy at the time so the wait was a few weeks but being a nonemergency it wasn't in an issue. They did a great job and price was reasonable.

I have done business with Rick Electric for a long time and the service has always been great. I needed some wiring done in a new display area for the Law Enforcement Museum at Bonanzaville in West Fargo. Not only did I get a quick response but the cost was very reasonable. Justin came out and completed the work, taking particular care that everything was done neatly and according to code. If you need electrical work whether small or large; you can trust Rick Electric.

Back in January, I called Rick Electric because I wanted to upgrade the service to my wood shop. They got back to me quickly and set up a date to take a look and provide a quote. Mike came out and listened to what I was wanting, took a look at what I had, and explained everything that he could do and how it would not only improve my current setup but would give me options to do more in the future. The quote provided was very affordable so I went with them. Mike came out and started the work once the ground was thawed and was very thorough. The work that he did was fantastic and completed quickly. He was professional, courteous, and did a phenomenal job with the work. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely reach back out to them if I decide to do more in the future.

On one of the coldest days of the year, Jan. 17, I made an appointment to have Ryan, one of Rick Electric's electricians to come to my house and remove and install six new thermostats and one new baseboard heater, the liquid filled kind that are supposed to save about 33% on energy. He was there, on time, ready to go! I will say that we had good conversations, some good laughs, and discussed how the local electric provider would promote "all electric" homes back in the '80's. That's what I've got for living space. The old electrical technology is out, some dated to 1981, and the new tech is in. I can feel the difference, especially when you can read the temp of the room on the new thermostat. This business, Rick Electric, Inc., has been in business for 60 years, and you can sure tell why.
