Great service for years but really it trailed off. Pool pump often left off after service. Chemical spills left on deck, cover left off skimmer etc.. Nothing too major so I thought; the type of thing you can let slide. Just before the close of last season a MAJOR Leak sprung from the newly purchased and installed (within 3 or 4 years?) pool heater. I asked if it could be addressed under some sort of warranty as Pinto sold me and installed the heater, it could not. Then when the pool was closed, my filter pump was put away in my storage which was left open for a rainstorm. Seeing the soaking pump was the last straw. Upon opening the pool this year the new pool co told me there are only two things that could have caused such rapid degradation of the heater 1) poor maintenance of the pH and

These guys are wonderful, our pool has never looked better. We also needed a new filter this year, they had it ordered and installed within 2 days. Highly recommend!

Two years ago we moved in to our new home which had a pool installed by the previous owner. Rick has repeatedly impressed me with his knowledge and responsiveness. He seriously cares about providing the best service possible. This pool has provided many hours of enjoyment for me and my family and keeping it functioning well is an important job. Thank you Rick for always watching out for us.

I do not generally post reviews, however after 10 flawless years of service from Rick Pinto Pools I had to comment. Pinto has a great Team providing Great Service. Rick also built both of my pools. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Rick!

We have been very pleased with this company. Excellent communication and very good service. We have had our pool for over 25 years and it has never looked better than it has since Rick and Co took over last year!
