I was having trouble with my Samsung refrigerator, so I called and talked to Holly. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to schedule James to come out on the day that I wanted. James came out on time and quickly resolved my problem. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Rick’s Appliance Service and plan to use them for my future needs.

I called them out to help with an issue I was having with my microwave. The Tech was very knowledgeable and very honest. He told me I would be better off replacing it, because of the issue I was having. He could have told me some BS and charged me whatever, but HE DID NOT DO THAT! And since it was the 2nd visit to me and the problem was not resolved they are giving me back my service call fee I paid already. With all that said, I highly recommend using this company! Very rare these days where people DO NOT try to rip you off!

Rick’s Appliance is my go to repair center. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always courteous. I have called them at the last minute for a needed repair and they always fit me in as soon as possible, usually the next day. Holly and Annie are awesome and always willing to help you out to fit in some last-minute scheduling issues. They are the best! Look no further!

Very Awesome experience I received from the first phone call to the finishing hand shake it was simply amazing Doing business with Rick's Appliance a service & Repair. I had service within 24 hours, we picked a window of time, Adam gave me a call and was there in fifteen minutes, had a solution within ten minutes. Explaining and repairing a damaged pulley tensioner sleeve/something. I was super impressed with knowledge of commercial stackable washers and dryers. hope to talk soon about some more repairs.
