Ricks Carpet Cleaning

SO BAD!!!!! First off, when the "technician" arrived, he said the estimate I got on the phone did not include soap. If I wanted him to uses soap it would be twice the price. He "finished" the job (cleaning one large Livingroom) in literally 10 minutes. Packed up his equipment and than insisted I pay and tip him. When I said I was not satisfied with the job and would not tip him, he became argumentative and used foul language. In the end I could see the starburst pattern on the carpet where he clearly just stood in one spot, did a bunch of quick swipes and called it done.

I've utilized Guy a modest bunch of times and he won't ever disillusion. Very open, incredibly decent, and amusing to converse with! Likewise the rugs look SO much better. He accomplishes brilliant work. Unquestionably suggest!

This was the best decision I have made going with this company! Just amazing with being professional and informative! I would call them back to clean my carpets again! Kayden was super awesome, thank you!
