Ricks Furniture Refinishing

I called Rick about a 33 year old, oak dining room table. Somehow this table got a huge stain (and of course no one knew how it happened). I was skeptical because of the one horrible review Rick had on his web site. When I asked Rick he Responded "l'll be honest with you I let a friend do some basic work and I don't know what happened." I appreciated his honesty and I took a chance. Could not be more pleased. When he delivered my table, I sent my Grandmother''s 100 year old cedar chest to be refinished. My table looks brand new! Rick is a nice man, appears honest about what he can and cannot do. He does not make promises and does not claim to be a miracle worker. He does good work and thus far his work has been great. I highly recommend him for furniture refinishing.

Absolutely incredible! We got my husband's childhood desk out of the family home and it was a wreck - legs broken, drawer broken and nicotine stained. The desk meant a lot to my husband, so we decided to call Rick's to see if it was salvageable. Not only did he repair the desk so well that we had trouble finding the repairs, even on inspection, but he did a gorgeous job refinishing it. My husband actually got teary when he saw it and it looks incredible in our home. I HIGHLY recommend Rick's Furniture Refinishing and would not hesitate to contact them again. Your treasures will be in good hands with Ricks!

After spilling nail polish remover on a coffee table, Rick came picked up the table as well as delivered it, all for $125 less than anyone else. He was kind charismatic and very transparent about the process. I highly highly recommend. Not to mention his work is great.

Grossly overcharged for repair of a 12"X19 1/2" bathroom counter drawer front and things did not go well. After approximately 3 weeks of no word from the shop about the drawer, I stopped by. Hmmmm.....drawer had been repaired, but I was not contacted. I was pleased with the workmanship, the young man doing the repairs did a great job. When I asked about the fee, he had no idea and had to call the boss via his cell phone to ask about the price. YGBSM!!!!! $75.00 to do a repair that should have cost me no more than $25-$30 dollars. I find no fault with the guy who actually did the work, but I was grossly overcharged (twice what it should have been) and will never go back to this shop for furniture repair work. Caution......before you leave work at this shop, get a firm price on what

His work is mediocre at best and is sloppy and does it as a hobby bring him a piano or a conference table and you will have a nightmare returned to you. His wife is computer swavy and puts the good reviews on top and buries the bad ones. Try Rick if you want your furniture sick
