Recently had to find a local company that I could trust to service my mothers system. The communication, workmanship, and follow up from the team at Rick’s restored my faith in service companies, and reinforced the value of working with a locally owned business. From the initial contact with the service coordinator to the tech who came to the house and completed the work, everybody was courteous, and professional. Thanks for the help and resolving our problems.

Very expensive, rude, and unprofessional company. Refused to provide a quote estimate for the job when asked. Had to file a complaint in order to get the handwritten estimate from the guy who came for the inspection that cost me almost $190 dollars. Eventually, I had to take my business to Thomas & Galbraith who came over and did a free inspection and replaced the motor for my furnace and charged me only $545 for parts and labor VS Ricks estimate of over 1k! Ricks just lost a landlord in the neighborhood with 3 rental properties!

Had Rick’s maintenance plan, and my gas furnace went out (23 years old). They showed up promptly the next day and were not able to fix it due to its age. They could have ordered a new motor for me, but I opted for a replacement instead. They were out here 5 days later to replace it and got it done in 1.5 hours for a great price! I also got a nice discount for being a maintenance plan customer. Excellent company and service!!

Ricks offers fantastic emergency service. Our AC went out July 3rd at 10pm. July 4th at 9am the tech shows up and has us running in an hour. We even signed up for the service contract, because this is the type of place we want to give out business to.

I absolutely love this company. I’ve used them at all three of the homes I have lived in (almost 2 decades) and I have recommended them to dozens of clients. As a REALTOR we run into a lot of HVAC issues, many times urgent... They consistently come in with the best value, prompt service, and great communication. Their service technicians are so knowledgeable and friendly. Specifically, Ron Johnson, has been the technician for most of my service calls. His customer service and friendly manner is always a pleasure. Thank you so much for being a great and ethical company.
