Friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They handle routine maintenance, repairs, and even system upgrades like adding larger filters. Fair pricing and solid work every time. The team coordinated scheduling around our landscaping work, arrived on time, and maintained great communication throughout. They removed the old system, relocated the AC condenser to a better spot, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption inside or outside our home. Everything was cleaned up neatly, and the new system works perfectly. Professional, thoughtful, and reliable—highly recommended.

We are very happy with Rick's Repair. We used Royal for many years until they teamed up. They installed a new furnace for us when our 20 year old system died in a cold February a couple years ago, and we have them do the twice yearly inspections. They are kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. We can't recommend them enough. We like Chris a lot and find him a joy to work with.
