What a nice place to visit. The young lady in the gift store was very friendly and helpful. Rick took time out of his busy schedule to take a photo with a fan, namely myself. Thanks Rick. Keep up the good work. I love that you are saving relics for future generations.

Only go if you are interested in his work. Some of our group didn't know who he was and didn't enjoy it. I enjoyed it very much. Rick's wife greeted us and went to get Rick to meet us. When done he hollered at his son Tyler to meet us. Great people and super friendly.

Really enjoyed the show. For $5, you can go wander around in a viewing room in the center of the shop. From there you can see into all parts of the warehouse and see Rick and his team at work. This tour is self guided and there are no real plaques that describe the work that is done in that section. It is pretty easy to figure out though if you know what a sandblaster is and other tools.

Being a big fan of Rick's work I was disappointed. The person at the counter was not very friendly at all. I bought a t-shirt which should have included a tour - none was offered/even mentioned - it seemed like I was an inconvenience coming in as I was the only customer. That bothered me more than not getting a tour.
