Rickway Carpet

I’ve worked with Rickway for several years on kitchen and bath renovation projects. The team is always professional, reliable, and a pleasure to collaborate with.

My family has used Rickway over the years and never had an issue. We recently bought carpet from them and absolutely love it. Thanks again. (Photos do not do justice, carpet looks WAY better in person)

Troy was excellent helping my wife and I pick out our carpet. He even had toys for my kids to play with while we looked at (A LOT) of carpet options. Thankful for his patience. Unfortunately, we received one cut of carpet that was short of the original measurements. Turns out, it was likely from the carpet manufacturer. Although this caused a headache, many of the Rickway employees, including the owner l, Adam, made sure to take care of us. They sent a team (Brendan and Brady) to help move furniture. Both had great service and were willing to help where needed. Not only that, the Adam took care of us in other ways as well. Strong family company willing to take care of their customers. Thank you.

Very poor communication, no notification as to when carpet installation would occur. Salesperson was not knowledgeable about carpet. She needs more education so as to assist with carpet choice.

Did a terrible job on a kitchen flooring replacement, ruined cabinets, the lower cabinets are separating from the walls, they cracked baseboards and just put them back up anyways, plus added unnecessary and ugly quarter round to cover shoddy work, I recommend that you STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
