Tyler was amazing to deal with and his crew were just as amazing. They all arrived each day on time and worked in 108 degree heat wave. They did a beautiful job and each morning reported to us with their daily plan. The complete roof job took a few days and the job was perfect. As a realtor, I will always recommend Ridge Runner Roofing for big or small jobs. Tyler personally cared about our roofing job, his crew and that most importantly that we be involved in the process. Shane did a fantastic job! We had to have my parents roof repaired before their escrow closed- he worked with our time frame and got everything done. Was easy to communicate with and was really pleasant as well! I will definitely use him again when our roof needs work!

Had some holes that needed patching on a new house. Shane was out with another crewman in a reasonable time and had it all fixed up very nicely. Fair pricing, very friendly and professional. I've had a lot of bad luck with contractors but I would definitely work with them again and recommend him to anyone else looking for roof work!

I’ve had to use their services twice now (on a newer track house / repair) but every time Shane has always taken care of me. From just being dependable and showing up on time to being fair and not taking advantage of situation. Even had to call the day after Christmas and he showed up with no problem.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hired Shane Clark two weeks ago to give an estimate on a re-roofing job. He came out the following day and measured the roof. He left without discussing details with me, which I thought a bit strange since the other two roofing bids spent some time with me to go over options, materials, etc. I waited several days for Mr. Clark's estimate. On days 4-6 I called and left messages requesting an update, but received no reply. Day seven I went to his office. He wasn't there but the secretary was nice enough to try to call him—no answer.
