These guys are awesome. Over 25 years in 2 houses in Weston CT, we used Ridgefield Overhead Doors several times. Sometimes for replacements of doors or openers and a few times for repairs (due to driveway accidents by the kids. Friendly and efficient service at reasonable prices.

Needed to replace an old garage door that was in rough shape. Someone came out with in the week. We were given all the options and the ability to choose the look we wanted. No pressure to go with anything more expensive or complicated. Once we chose what we wanted, they got us a reasonable quote quickly. Told us it would be 3-4 weeks for the parts to come in. Just under a month later, they called to say everything was in. They came out just a few days later to install. Installation took just over an hour (for one single bay door). Everything worked beautifully and looked great. An hour later, we noticed the hardware we'd asked for on the front was missing. We recently had Paul replace our garage doors. He took his time to explain everything we needed know about the products and what we should expect on the day of the job. After our initial meeting with Paul, we felt very comfortable having his team do the work, at a price that was fair and reasonable. The work was done in a day and turned out perfectly, as we expected. I would certainly recommend this company. Paul is a pleasure to work with.

Unbelievably responsive and installation was expertly completed. I literally called one morning and by that afternoon they were at my house to review the job and the new garage door opener was installed the next day. Extremely professional, installation was done properly the first time and pricing was very fair. They even serviced my two existing garage doors at no extra charge. Great experience with these folks--highly recommend them. One of our garage doors had issues. I called them and got a call back within the next hour. They came out next day. Will gave me a heads up he was on the way, fixed the issue quickly, tuned up the other door at my request and gave me a very fair bill for his time, work and expertise. Definitely would use them again.
