Jake and his crew are awesome! I enjoyed the down to earth crew. While anything well related is stressful, the crew was full of laughs and jokes. They were quick to fix the issue and very knowledgeable. I will recommend them over and over again! Can’t beat the prices too but that will always be besides the point for myself! I had an amazing experience with Ridgeline Well & Pump. They kept me informed of their progress, let me know when they were on the way and arrived when they said that they would. Their prices were reasonable. They were upfront about everything and are honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a 2 inch well serviced and I will definitely use them again if necessary and they had to travel 1 hour and 22 minutes to service my well.

We woke up yesterday morning to no water and an apparent well issue. Since the company I had previously used was no longer in business, I checked with some friends and did some online research and found Ridgeline Well & Pump. I called and Jake said he could stop by on his way to another customer. Within an hour of my call, Jake diagnosed the problem and gave me a written quote which I accepted. Jake promised we would have water before they quit for the day. After they had already had a long day on other jobs, as promised, Jake and his team arrived and replaced everything related to the well (except the hole) and we had the best water pressure in the almost 30 years since the well was originally drilled. Being new to the area and never having a well before, Ridgeline Well & Pump came highly recommended to us by my son in law. We were having trouble with super low water pressure and hard water stains.
