She filed my claim with my insurance and I received a full roof replacement, this is after the first Roofing company I contacted couldn't get my insurance to replace the whole roof. I couldn't have had any better roofing contractor than Matthew, in the beginning I was a little nervous and skeptical because I have zero knowledge about roofing. Matthew walk me through the pros and cons about roofing and he answered all my silly questions with knowledge and professionalism , The whole process took less than two weeks from the first call to the insurance company to when the claim was approved, he stayed with me all along the insurance process. The new roof was installed within one and half days, nine eight percent of the job was done in the first day, came back the next morning to complete the job with all the cleaning debris in front, back and side of the yard was clean to my satisfaction.
