Ridgewood Cabinetry

Wow what a terrible terrible company. I put in 3 orders and very first order was BLACK. Picked it up of course they didn't have all the cabinets so they gave me 2- DB21 natural and a quart of black exact match l lacquer, and 1 touch up spray. That day I sprayed all the DB21's and 1 custom bookshelf and some other custom items. Next day I realize the Black DOES NOT MATCH! I know they buy from Southern Finishing Supply so I called them and they tell me they had to reformulate because Ridgewood customers were complaining. 12 hours of my shop time to repaint the entire project to match!!! The cabinets themselves are OK. Some are hard to put together depends on where they are made, they are junk. DO NOT buy the rollout trays they are missing parts which they knew about. Offer to mail me

I am a contractor hired to complete a bathroom remodel. The client ordered Ridgewood Cabinetry. The cabinets come unassembled, which is not a problem, they are decent cabinets. The problem comes with no direction, nor access for anyone but the client to watch a video on assembly. Call customer service to find out if I can watch the video, at which point, I was informed that I need to contact the client to get a link to the video. Now, I have workers that get paid waiting on a video. The cabinets are also short hardware. I would like to thank Ridgewood Cabinetry for the wasted time and added cost of assembling their cabinets. Recommend going with Wayfair for cabinets. Michael Kiesling One pisaed off contractor fir the delay!!!!
