RIDGEWOOD REDI-MIX / EXPRESS CONCRETE

On 10-22-2025 at 6:45pm, this company poured a square of concrete across the street from our business. The driver of the concrete truck pulled to the other side of the street and washed down the concrete from the truck along with wheel barrels from an assisting vehicle. They left a mess in front of our business. I called on 10-23-2025 to express my concern and they were polite in stating that they would send a crew to clean it up. Well, they sent 1 guy with a broom and shovel and that was to clean up dirt and debris, the long white stain is still present in front of the entire building. I called back on 10-23-2025 but the response was passive and when I followed up 10-24-2025, they would not pick up the phone. Proper training is needed in all departments with this company.

Concrete is always garbage way too rocky not enough cement sets too quickly and I always run short whether I order a half or full yard extra so in my opinion their old trucks they use the drums are weighed down with old concrete and that creates a false weight issue when they weigh it for yardage. If their was a way to give a negative star rating I would

First time I used this company the driver arrived 7 hours LATE, HOT LOAD he had to use all the water in the truck to bring it back. He also smelled like alcohol. He drove on my customers asphalt driveway and cracked it ! I made the mistake of giving this company a second chance today my concrete was 2 hours late , the driver arrived with no water in the truck at all. Very very hot load I now have to rent a trowel to finish the concrete bc it got hard so quick ! This company is trash I want to speak to the owner ! I deserve compensation at the very least!

Very bad service, responsibility is on the floor. I ordered 10 yards of concrete at 1:30 today and because they don't have extra trucks, they didn't send it to me. Now I have to waste the day waiting and paying my workers for nothing thanks to their irresponsibility. They leave my call on hold for half an hour without even giving me a good answer.

The guys at Ridgewood are the nicest and most personable in Baltimore. Also, they deliver the best value hands down. They're usually very busy but they always bend over backwards to accommodate my own packed schedule. Will come back and edit this review when I have more time. Just wanted to leave a quick word that this is the place to go when you need redi mix.
