Riggins Flooring

These guys install flooring for Singletary Construction and this is the flooring they did in a house just 4 years ago. Mind you, this was a new construction home. This company cuts corners and doesn't properly install the flooring and then wants to falsely claim that the reason a process was skipped was because it wasn't recommended or required at the time by the manufacturer. That is a false statement because I called the manufacturer and they said their laminate flooring has always required a vapor barrier to be applied over concrete slab

Riggins flooring did an outstanding job. They were helpful in picking out the flooring, the samples are a great size to bring home and see how they look in our lighting. Their pricing is fair and affordable. Pablo and his crew did a great job and were extremely pleasant to work with. I would recommend them for any of your flooring needs. I really love my floors! Riggins Flooring did an amazing job! Our German Shepherd decided that she was going to pull up some carpet in a room on us. I called Riggins and the lady was really helpful. Since they did the floors when the house was built they still had some of the original carpet. A couple of days after initial contact they were out and repaired the damage. The two guys that came out were professional, courteous, and fast. They did a great job.

Military beware. Johnny banks on the transient nature of military to avoid owning up to poor quality work. He is dishonest and dishonorable. Johnny knowingly installed flawed flooring in my home. I found him taking india ink marker over the splits and splinters in my floor at the time of installation. I tried to reach them in the first year about warranty to no resolution. Almost 3 years later, and after a month of asking for our files and who the manufacturer was, I finally was paid a visit only to have Johnny lie to my face about covering up the faulty floors. He gaslighted me in my own home. I'm an army widow with 3 small children and at the time of installation my family was in crisis with my autistic daughter in the hospital.
