I have been getting multiple dumpsters from Randy and he has been very accommodating and reliable . As well as very reasonably priced . He’s personable and helpful. We had a small situation with a problem in the house and Randy was more than willing to help with resolving it with his knowledge. I have used right choice home inspection and was very impressed with the work and report. Randy showed up early and was extremely thorough with his inspection he climbed on the roof for a good inspection and also went thru a tight attic to get a good visual inspection. I've done home inspections before with other companies and you can honestly not compare the level of professionalism. Randy uses all the latest tools and proffessional equipment he used a robot with a camera for the tight spaces that he could not physically get to. In my opinion you he is the best I've seen in this line of work. I would definitely recommend to anyone doing a home inspection in the area he services. Randy was prompt and professional. He gave the house a thorough inspection, plus his infra-technology came as a bonus. He was generous enough to give me a discount on my Radon testing. His report came in promptly, and he answered all of my qustions. He even told me to contact him after the sellers' repairs are done, so he can check out the repairs if I need him to do that.
