My spring on my garage door broke. Made a call to Tommy he was very helpful over the phone. I sent him some pictures of what I purchase and he was able to explain exactly what I had and that I was installing an incorrectly. Hearing his knowledge and experience had him come evaluate my garage and he repaired it all in the same day and was very quick. Very professional. Will be my main garage door maintenance guy. After changing the garage door design, we needed to install a completely new garage door. We turned to On Time Garage Door for the installation, and their professionalism, high skill level, quick completion of the work, and the helpful advice they provided were truly impressive. It has now been more than a year and a half since the installation, and the door has not stopped or gotten stuck even once — unlike our previous experiences with other garage doors. Connecting it to the phone app also made things much easier. We can honestly say that this is a different level of service that other teams simply do not reach.
