I needed a quick sidewalk repair and Sam immediately responded, providing a reasonable quote. Sam handled the permits and went to work replacing slabs and lifting the ones not in need of replacing. Working through inclement weather to complete the job before a freeze arrived I was impressed with the excellent outcome especially the detail of returning everything back to normal. Traditional old-school masonry is alive and well with this contractor. Needed to get my front brick steps replaced after 60 years of wear and tear. Found Sam at Right Rate, LLC and did an outstanding job recreating my steps and matching both the brick and mortar lines perfectly. Sooo happy that used this contractor. Now I have a mason for future work!!!! He is outstanding and will definitely continue to use.

I have used Right Rate on several projects (installing a chimney liner, repairing the chimney & replacing my front steps & landing). I have also had Right Rate take care of some smaller projects. They do a great job at a reasonable price and are very pleasant to deal with. I have recommended them to my neighbors.

SheHu (Sam) helped replace my deck. When he demolished the old deck, he realized there were only three foundation holes. The old deck leaned against the house for support, which was ridiculous, so he dug three more foundation holes to support the whole deck and did not charge me more for the extra work. The foundation, of course, passed inspection. When he explained to the inspector the six holes, even the inspector agreed it was the right way to do it. SheHu was very dependable, and his price was extremely reasonable. I have highly recommended him to my friends.
