From the initial meeting with their estimator (Steven), throughout the entire project through to their own final inspection, they were a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of intricate details involved with the railing, removing and reinstalling vinyl siding and adding broader trim to the whole exterior. They did a fabulous job with all of it. Don’t make a Wrong Turn by hiring Right Turn Construction. I had them replace a front door and repair some dry rot. Unfortunately, after replacing the door, it had to be removed and reset because it continued leaking. After resetting the door, it continued to leak. Instead of honoring the contract, knowing that I have pets, they blamed the moisture stains and warped interior trim on “animal urine.” I told both Jeff and Mason (the owners) that this is untrue. Still, they refused to come back and right the wrong, claiming that I did a poor job with painting and that I clearly can’t be satisfied. Right Turn Construction replaced my deck cover last month. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and professional. I had a great experience with this company, and I definitely recommend them. We had them build a deck for us this past summer. They were very prompt about getting someone out right away to estimate costs, choose materials, discuss the feasibility of our plans, and get a team scheduled to work. Within a few weeks, with delays mostly due to our own issues, we had a gorgeous brand new 12’x36’ deck! And it really is gorgeous. We practically lived on it from the first day it was installed. I had a very old enclosed area on the backside of my house that was poorly built. Plus my dogs would use it as a bathroom when it was rainy outside (which is always in Portland) so I decided to replace it with a patio as well as replace the very old siding. I got a flyer for Right Turn Construction and I’m glad I did. They were consummate professionals and did an excellent job with the patio. It took a while to get the project going and a bit to finish, but that is standard with contractor work. The price was also very reasonable and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will be using Right Turn for all of my contracting needs from now on.
