Right Way Plumbing & Heating

Our furnace went out on a cold day in January. The first place we called said they could possibly be out in 2 days. We called right way Plumbing and Heating and they arrived an hour later. Diagnosed our problem disconnected two wires got the furnace working and shook my hand. No charge due to the AC problem but I will be calling them back in May or June. Excellent people. I’d like to share my experience so others can avoid this situation. We called Right Way Plumbing as we were having water coming from the pressure relief valve on the hot water heater. We were clear that the pressure relief valve had been replaced in Dec and that didn’t fix the problem. The tech came out and said he didn’t see a problem with the hot water heater. We asked if the water pressure could be the problem and my husband tested the pressure on an outside faucet and it was high. To replace the pressure regulator is not a service they can provide as they don’t have staff available to do that work. I was charged the $173for a service call. If I had known they only had staff to check the hot water tank but not to fix any other plumbing issues I would have called another full service pl

Definitely the cheapest price around but you get what you pay for. I had them come in to do a tuneup on my fireplace, tankless hot water heater and furnace. The tech was very nice but not very tidy. He cleaned the fireplace and left debris on the tile in front of the fireplace. When he was working on the hot water heater, the valves were installed backwards and he got water all over the wall and the garage floor but only cleaned about half of it up. It was definitely a 30 min job that took him about 45 so naturally we got billed for an hour. Finally, when servicing the furnace the tech replaced my 20x25x4 filter with a 20x24x1. I called to inquire if that was satisfactory and was told it would be fine despite the fact that it didn’t actually cover the full intake leaving unfiltered air and

The business owner didn't even care to come and check his installer's work when he was asked. The quality of the water heater installation was very poor. The installer likely voided the warranty of Rheem Water Tank by doing things incorrectly. I would not recommend these guys for any plumbing services.

They replaced two toilets for us; one we bought from them, the other from Lowes. Everything went the way it was supposed to. The techs were very fast and efficient. The price was right where they said. I've had disastrous experiences with the other two big plumbing companies here in the county. this was nothing like that. These are my go to guys (plumber was actually a woman) now.
