10/10. Got my furnace back working very fast, even drove a bit to get the part I needed. Everyone was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this company. Alex, Bashar and the other gentleman were all great. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful as well

We are having issues with our heater. It has not been functioning properly for a month. Alex came to the rescue and fix it. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with it. He is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He answers all the questions I asked. We are happy he was able to fix it. We recommend Alex and Rightemp if you have problems with your Heating System.

My heat stopped working. This was the first place I called, they scheduled me for 2 the next day. Than 10 min later they called and let me know someone would come right away to take a look at it. Bashar checked and cleaned components and nothing seemed to be wrong with my furnace. He was patient and realized our filter was restricting airflow, and that a couple covered return vents were also and got it working good as new. We are so thankful to have our house heating normal again.

Mike, Alex and the team were so helpful, forthright, and accommodating about getting my situation corrected in the fastest time-line ever. Never have I had a service provider respond within hours of requesting help. Right temp will be my future choice for any and all HVAC needs. Hopefully I can reciprocate by recommending and sending them more business in the future.

Alex is a very professional and talented young man who is honest and kind, I would highly recommend for any heating and cooling issues! Just had Alex and his crew out today to replace our entire AC unit they were prompt came ready to work and had it all running and replaced in less then 4 Hour’s! I one hundred percent would recommend Alex and his associates!
