Our first contact, Chad, was a very professional businessman. We were very confident in him. His team was as good and professional as he said they would be.

My technician showed up at the time quoted , she was clean and wore shoe covers throughout my home which is a plus . She smells great as well and showed that she knows her job well and did an excellent job servicing my equipment . She will be back when it’s get warmer to service my cooling system in the coming months . Thank you Myshera for a job well done and I’m a completely satisfied customer .

Rightime was contracted directly from Home Depot. They replaced a double sided wall heater for me. The kept all their promises in terms of schedule and negotiated a fair price. They installed the heater, had a separate crew come by to repair some drywall broken during the install. Another technician helped seal the roof vent. All the contractors were professional and the final job looks good. Still awaiting the city to sign off and give me the permit.

I am very pleased with this great company and the service they provide. I have shopped at Home Depot for years and trust them, so found RighTime HVAC services being offered through HD. Upon servicing the Furnace and AC unit this year I was told by the service technician that I may need a new furnace as mine was past its prime by a few years (22 years) and had severe corrosion. From the Service Technician Anthony, to the salesman/project manager JC, to the installers Jeremy and his assistant, I was very happy with the customer service they provided. Their customer service has been second to none. They do clean professional work. The installer talked me into putting an automatic air scrubber to help keep us all healthy. He provided a tutorial from a iPad that convinced me to go ahead wit

A Representative came to do a scheduled safety inspection of our AC and furnace. He was polite and did his job quickly and went over his work results with both my wife and I. He found no problems with our units, but then advised us of installing surge units for both units in case of a power surge. I told him we would think about it and let the company know if we chose to have them do the work. The problem we have with this is every time they come to do a scheduled maintenance they seem to find something else we need to either protect or upgrade our units. My wife and I feel this is being “pushy”Otherwise we are happy with our purchase.
