Rightway Parking

I rated this company a one only because I couldn’t leave a zero. I booked parking through Rightway Parking Miami for a cruise. Had I known how awful this company was I would not have used them. After my family and I arrived back in port from our Christmas cruise we along with other passengers who booked with this company were left stranded after multiple attempts to get transportation back to our vehicle. We waited for about 2 hours and still no one showed up. Repeated phone calls were made to the number provided. Either we got no answer or a voice mail that was full. On occasion someone would answer and say they were on the way. We ended up taking an Uber which arrived within 10 min and drove us back to the parking garage to retrieve our car. This altogether took no more than 30 minutes.

Used this company for parking and transportation for a cruise and do not recommend. First the instructions on where to go were very vague and once in a parking lot (that I was not sure was c the correct one), there was NO signage or directions on where to go. I was wandering the garage along with several other passengers for at least 30 minutes. After two phone calls, I found my way to an extremely disorganized area with instructions to wait, standing in a line, in the cold, with no seating and no indication of how long we would be waiting. A van finally showed up after another 30 minutes where we were all crammed like sardines and taken to the port. Returning was somewhat easier, but again we were told to wait in one area and a driver came from another ushering us to a van with diffe

Did not send me the right information, took a long time to check in, tried to get us to go to another parking garage than the one I booked, took 1 hour after 1030 to finally get on a shuttle. Shuttle driver got out to argue with someone and take a picture of license plate. Saw other people angry bc they had been at the port for 3 hours and never had a shuttle. Absolutely AWFUL! Will never use their services again.

Absolutely terrible!! Waited 2 hours and no van. Had to take an Uber. Stay away. It's cheaper to park at the port!!!

They won’t show up. Left over 50 people waiting with no hope
