On January 17, 2026, at approximately 6:54 AM, on Highway 24, a driver operating a vehicle for Rigo’s Carpet Cleaning, license plate number 48559B3, drove in an extremely aggressive and reckless manner. The driver cut directly in front of my vehicle without signaling, nearly causing a collision with my car and another nearby vehicle. This behavior demonstrated a complete disregard for road safety and professional driving standards. Such conduct puts the public at risk and reflects poorly on your company. I strongly urge you to address this matter immediately, including retraining or otherwise disciplining the driver in

Let me start by sharing that Rigo and his father also named Rigo have wonderful customer service. They were very polite and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. This is my first time contacting them and I will be recommending them to family and friends. Not only did they arrive on time, they were 10mins early. Other times I’ve hired other cleaning companies, I’ve been upset because they’re running late. They did a great job and pricing was reasonable. Rigo and his dad were on time to clean my sofa. I was thinking of replacing it but there’s no need as it looks great and no cat odor anymore! I would highly recommend them.

Great communication, called the day before and morning of. Very attentive and kind about our pets. Super quick and efficient. Highly recommend them! Plus they spoke Spanish so my mother-in-law felt so comfortable having them onsite and able to communicate about the job. Best part carpet look brand new, all stains are gone and the no more odor! Our cat was having some issue with peeing out of her litter box and now it’s like it never happened! Great service
