From our first meeting with Kelly May to the last day of the project, our experience has been FABULOUS! Our Project Manager, Jamie, did an amazing job. He was so thorough and neat that the 4-week project barely affected our normal activities. The finished product is perfect, and it exceeded our expectations. Erika and team did an amazing job with our kitchen and office project. The timeline was detailed (we even got a binder with all the design details), you get one project manager who is on site daily to coordinate everything (and every sub contractor was friendly and professional where even if I was home alone, I was not concerned), the quality of work and attention to detail is also unmatched (one of our cabinet doors arrived slightly damaged and RIKB ordered a replacement right away). Although slightly expensive, you are paying for dependable, quality work and a seamless customer service experience.

We have used Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath for three different homes over the past 6 years. Each time we have been extremely happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to complete work exactly on time. The latest project was a multi-room renovation of our kitchen, powder room and the primary bathroom. Our design consultant, Kingsley Catalucci, has always been a great listener who is collaborative in the design process and takes pride in making the design experience fulfilling for the customer. We worked with RIKB for our kitchen remodel and had a wonderful experience! Our designer, Kelly May, helped us create a kitchen we absolutely love with some design elements we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. She thought of every detail and kept us updated throughout the process. We were also so impressed with our primary contractor, Larry, who went above and beyond in so many ways to deliver our vision. The whole team was incredibly professional - I'd recommend them to anyone!

We had an exceptional experience working with RIKB to remodel our master bath and walk-in closet. After doing countless projects with less than ideal contractors in the past, it was so refreshing to finally find a company that is trustworthy, hardworking, and professional. Our designer, Stephanie, was able to take a vision in my head and turn it into a reality that is even better than anything I had imagined. And our project manager, Dylan, worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was perfect. I felt like he truly cared about this project and took pride in his craftsmanship. RIKB is not cheap but you absolutely get what you pay for.
